22nd January 2019 - Dr Daniel Sokol has today published a piece in the Times Higher on the harm to students caused by universities taking too much time to make decisions on appeals and complaints. He also calls for heavier fines by the Office of the Independent Adjudicator for higher education institutitons that breach its guidance on the timely resolution of disputes.
